As a part of the Flourish OKC core team, Kim seeks to see the city explore the values we want to see more of - values like restorative justice, welcome, and rest. Through intentional experiences, educational exchanges, and honest conversations, Kim wants to partner with the city to cultivate these values, becoming a city where all flourish.

In her role as Executive Director of The Spero Project, she's part of a team that welcomes resettled refugees by connecting new neighbors with people, resources, and learning opportunities that make Oklahoma City a place of belonging.
